Our Guiding Framework

Our guiding framework sets our identity and direction. It shows how we take responsibility, work together, and generate new momentum.

Purpose and vision form its core elements. They define why we exist, the direction we want to go, and how we achieve our goals together. They contribute directly to quality of life and shaping change in the world of packaging.

This is brought to life through our values, which shape not only our daily activities, but also our decisions, our collaboration, and our innovations.

We ensure global availability of sensitive products to improve quality of life for generations.

Quality of Life

At the Uhlmann Group, improving quality of life is our contribution to a better world by ensuring the global availability of sensitive products – today and for generations.

We are experts for products that require additional protection against external influences such as temperature, moisture, unintended use, counterfeiting, or contamination. We understand the entire product life cycle; from production to end-customer use. This enables us to develop innovative, sustainable solutions for the packaging ecosystem to guarantee integrity and safety, and to ensure value.

Grounded in long-term thinking and a strong, value-based culture, we create meaningful impact for our customers, our employees, and society.

We will be the leading Group of trendsetters driving the transformation of the packaging ecosystem.

This is how the Group Companies of the Uhlmann Group support their regions and communities.

Our Group Companies strengthen their local communities through targeted social initiatives. Examples include donations of school supplies by Uhlmann to schools in Laupheim (Germany) and by Wonder to a local school in Jinzhou (China). Uhlmann also contributes to fundraising and sponsorship activities, particularly for charitable projects and youth work. CREMER supports the Voedselbank Lisse (Netherlands) in a Christmas project by distributing gift vouchers to households in need. Axito (Poland) is involved in local fundraising and gift campaigns. Goldfuss (Germany) and Uhlmann also enable their employees to actively participate in the volunteer fire department and have each been recognized as volunteer-friendly employers for this.
