  3. Uhlmann Group Closes Fiscal Year 2025/2026 with Strong Increase

Laupheim, August 17, 2026. While the German mechanical and plant engineering industry continues to struggle with stagnant revenue, the Uhlmann Group remains on its growth trajectory: With revenue of €538 million, the Group achieved 7% growth in fiscal year 2025/26 compared to the previous year. Incoming orders amounted to €493 million. Profitability also developed very positively, underlining the Group’s operational strength and securing its long-term stability. As a result, the Uhlmann Group further strengthens its position as a global pioneer in the packaging ecosystem.

The CEO of the Uhlmann Group, Prof. Dr. Matthias Niemeyer, puts the result into perspective:

“Today, the Uhlmann Group offers much more than packaging machines for sensitive products. With our innovative combination of machines, software, and services, we support our customers in designing future-proof and efficient processes. Our strong performance demonstrates that we are addressing market needs in the right way.”

Beyond Packaging: More Than Machines

The foundation of this success is primarily the expansion of the Group’s solution portfolio in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Under its guiding principle, “Beyond Packaging,” the Uhlmann Group is also continuing to broaden its offering for the consumer goods, food, and agriculture industries. In these markets, the Group companies Uhlmann Pac-Systeme, KOCH Pac-Systeme, Cremer Speciaalmachines, Wonder Packing, and Goldfuss Automation benefit from close collaboration in strategically important innovation fields such as automation and robotics, artificial intelligence, and sustainable packaging materials. The Uhlmann Group is also consistently driving the development of new market opportunities.

Tobias Uhlmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, comments:

“The growth we achieved in the past fiscal year is primarily the result of our ability to develop innovative, customer-specific solutions and successfully bring them to market. For the current fiscal year, we remain cautiously optimistic.”
